Delete Account

You can delete your account from within Artisland.  Deleting your account is irreversible, and we can not revert even if you perform it by accident.

 

*Note:

When you delete the account, the system will automatically return to tourist mode. The local draft box will still retain the works. Once you delete the App, the work will disappear.

 

To delete your Artisland account

 

1.          Open Artisland*

 

2.          Go to Settings >Account >Delete Account

 

3.          Read the rules of account deletion on the 'Delete Account' page, and tap 'Accept'.

 

4.          After that, Artisland will start processing the user's account deletion application and delete their data according to Data Collection and Storage.

If you are unable to access Artisland App for account deletion for some reason, contact us at { hi@artislander.com }.

 

For account and privacy security, please provide the following information in the email:

 

1.           ID

 

2.          Registration email or third-party account (e.g., Google)

 

3.          Any additional evidence

 

We'll process your request in seven working days, deleting the account after security verification.          Successful deletions will be confirmed via email.

 

We will make sure that your account is no longer viewable in Artisland once your account is successfully deleted.

 

It will take 30 days for us to delete your personal information.          Your request will be deemed as canceled if you log-in to your account during the 30 days.

 

When your account is deleted, we will delete all of your personal information unless:

 

1.         If there is an ongoing matter, such as outstanding issues, investigations, claims or disputes, that require resolution, we may need to retain the relevant information, including but not limited to your phone number, email address and your geographic information.

 

2.          Legitimate business interests: To prevent fraud and enhance user safety and security, we may need to retain information.          For example, the device ID may be kept to prevent a user who has been banned for unsafe behavior or security incidents from opening a new account.

 

Please note that even if you remove certain information from your profile or delete your Account, it's possible that others may still be able to view or access that information.          This could be due to the fact that the information was previously shared with others, or it may have been copied or stored by others.          Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held liable for any such occurrences.
