1.Compliance with the Laws and Regulations

Always remember to respect all applicable local, national and international laws while using Artisland. Any content or activity featuring, encouraging, offering, or selling illegal activity is prohibited.

 

 

2.Spam &Deceptive Practices

• Impersonation

Content or activity meant to impersonate an individual or organization is prohibited. Any attempts to misrepresent yourself as an Artisland representative is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in indefinite suspension.

 

• External Links

Do not post links in your content if they direct other users to content that violates our Community Guidelines, these may include links to:

- pornography

- websites or apps that install malware

- websites or apps phishing for a user's login credentials, financial information, etc.

- websites, apps, or other information technology that give unauthorized free access to audio content, audiovisual content, full video games, software, or streaming services that normally require payment

- websites that seek to raise funds or recruit for terrorist organizations

- sites containing child sexual abuse content

- sites to violate our Violent and Dangerous Content rules

 

• Spam, Deceptive Practices, and Scams

Do not spread spam messages! Do not try to recruit votes, or send unsolicited commercials or chain letters. Activities or contents containing the following are not allowed in Artisland (please note this is not a complete list):

- Distributing unauthorized advertisements

- Phishing

- Spreading malware or viruses

- Misinformation

- Selling or sharing user accounts

- Defrauding others

- Reselling NIMI or features

- Defacing, or attempting to deface the website, application of Artisland representative is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in indefinite suspension.

 

 

3.Sensitive Content

• Content involving minors

If you identify the following, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately (by the "Report" function):

(1)Sexual exploitation of minors, including benefited financially, socially, and sexually from the sexual exploitation of a minor;

(2)Grooming Behavior, including flattery, requests for contact on or off platform, requests for personal information, solicitation of minor sexual abuse material, sexual solicitations or comments, and gift-giving;

(3)Nudity and sexual activity involving minors;

(4)Harmful activities by minors, including dare-challenge and etc.;

(5)Physical and psychological harm to minors.

 

 

• Nudity and Sexual Content

Do not post content on Artisland containing any of the items below (Please note this is not a complete list):

- Depiction of genitals, breasts, or buttocks (clothed or unclothed) for the purpose of sexual gratification

- Pornography or depicting sexual acts, genitals, or fetishes for the purpose of sexual gratification on any surface (such as video, text, audio, images)

- Explicit or implied depictions of sex acts for the purpose of sexual gratification

- This applies to real-world or dramatized content such as sex scenes, video games, or music

- Masturbation, fondling, or groping

- Masturbation or fondling of genitals, breasts, or buttocks

- Using or displaying sex toys to provide users with sexual gratification

- Animated or illustrated pornography, sex acts, or fetish content

- Nudity or partial nudity for the purpose of sexual gratification

- Bestiality or promotion of bestiality

- Incest or promotion of incest

- Non-consensual sex acts or unwanted sexualization

- Celebrity wardrobe accidents or nude photo leaks

- Violent, graphic, or humiliating fetish content where the purpose is sexual gratification

- Aggregating content for the purpose of sexual gratification

- Any sexual content involving minors.

 

• Self-Harm Behavior

Activity that may endanger your life, lead to physical harm, or encourage others to engage in physically harmful behavior is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to suicide threats, glorification or encouragement of self-harm, intentional physical trauma, illegal use of drugs, illegal or dangerous consumption of alcohol, dangerous or distracted driving, disorder eating, choking games and etc.

• Vulgar Language

Please use languages carefully. Do not contain the following in your content (Please note this is not a complete list):

- Sexually explicit language

- Heavy, or excessive profanity

 

 

4.Violent or Dangerous Content

• Harassment and Cyberbullying

We do not allow content or activities that target an individual with prolonged or malicious insults based on intrinsic attributes. This may include (Please note this is not a complete list):

- Unauthorized sharing of private information (such as real name, location and etc.)

- Stalking

- Personal attacks

- Hostile raids

- Sexually harassment (such as unwelcome sexual advances and solicitations, sexual objectification, or degrading attacks relating to a person's perceived sexual practices and etc.)

 

• Hateful Conduct

Hateful Conduct is not allowed in Artisland. It includes any content or activity that promotes or encourages discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on the following attributes: gender, sex, religion, race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, etc.

 

• Violent or Graphic Content

Please notice that the content you post shall not intend to shock, or disgust other users, or encourage the other users to commit violent acts.

 

• Terrorism

Terrorists' organizations are prohibited from using our platform and we have no tolerance for content that advocates or advances terrorism. Users must not post any information about terrorism anywhere on Artisland.

 

 

5.Regulated Goods

Contents containing regulated Goods and Services (such as Firearms, explosives, guns, ammunition or certain gun accessories.) are not allowed in Artisland.

 

 

6.Our Report Mechanism

We have zero tolerance for behaviors that violate our community guidelines. If you ever see content that goes against our rules, please don't hesitate to report this to us, and we will take action as soon as possible to ensure a safe community for you :)

 

During any of our matching scenarios

you can report your matches who violated the rules by clicking on the "..." icon on the top-right on the direct message page or his/her profile page and choosing "report" to tell us about the reason. If you could provide us with more detail about the violation, it will help us determine.

 

Other Tips We Would Like to Share

We suggest you keep communications on Artisland while you are getting to know someone because we provide the reporting mechanism. We try our best to stop people with bad intentions from scamming, or even blackmailing through our platform.

 

We recommend users make friends with pure interest. Do not share information that could be used to access your financial account. Please report the user immediately if the user asks for money.
